Waves will build from northeast to southwest with wave heights of 4 to 7 feet near the Twin Ports. These conditions will be hazardous to smaller vessels. Winds will gradually weaken Thursday night and early Friday morning as they become southwesterly which will end the risk to smaller craft. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Additional periods of gusty winds and waves dangerous to smaller vessels are likely on Friday and possible again on Saturday.
