This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Winds will veer northeasterly this morning and strengthen to 10
to 25 knots with gusts of 20 to 30 knots. Waves will build from
northeast to southwest with wave heights of 4 to 7 feet near the
Twin Ports. These conditions will be hazardous to smaller vessels.
Winds will gradually weaken Thursday night and early Friday
morning as they become southwesterly which will end the risk to
smaller craft.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Additional periods of gusty winds and waves dangerous to smaller
vessels are likely on Friday and possible again on Saturday.

Gusty northeast winds and dangerous waves are forecast again Monday
afternoon through Tuesday.
